December In The Great Smoky Mountains Tennessee

This beautiful mountain range is enveloped by a cloud cover giving a smoky appearance to the Smoky Mountains. The water in the creeks and rivers is crystal clear, the trees and rocks are covered with moss. During winter months as you ascend in the mountains you will feel the temperature drop and you will see snow accumulating on the landscape.
